A: Vision is supported by Lancaster University and European Commission through a number of research projects. We do not and will never charge you to use Vision. Q: Can I use Vision off-campus?
A: Due to service configuration and licensing, Vision system is designed for use on campus. Therefore off-site access is restricted. We do not provide assistance and trouble-shooting for off-campus users.


Q: I have problem with Video playback.
A: Your feedback will be very helpful to improve Vision. Please follow the guidance on the Feedback page.


Q: Vision web pages are broken.
A: Please send us a feedback message here, and tell us about the problem. Please try to include as much detail as possible.


Q: How do I clear my browser cache?
A: If Vision isn't displaying correctly, the first thing to try is to clear your browser cache - we update Vision frequently but things may get stuck in your browser's cache.
